SERI KWAG

An interactive installation that treats the webcam as a modern mirror. Drawing on mirror folklore, including Korean shamanic divination and Chinese bronze mirrors, the work uses an instruction book to guide a simple ritual. The ritual invites viewers to encounter “wandering souls” on the web, revealing brief, hidden messages.

웹캠을 현대의 거울로 삼는 인터랙티브 설치 작품입니다. 한국의 무속 점사와 중국의 동경 등 거울 관련 민속을 바탕으로, 안내서를 통해 간단한 의식을 소개합니다. 이 의식은 관객이 웹상에 ‘떠도는 영혼들’을 마주하도록 이끌며, 짧고 은밀한 메시지를 드러냅니다.
